The service
ReelsUp turns your podcasts and long videos into ready-to-post vertical clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts: best moment selection, subtitles, hooks, 9:16 format.
How ordering works
- You create an account, paste a link to your source video and choose a package.
- Payment by card via Stripe. One-time payment — no subscriptions, no recurring charges.
- After payment your order goes into production and a 48-hour countdown starts in your dashboard.
- The finished result appears in your dashboard as a download link.
Turnaround
All packages are delivered within 48 hours of payment. The timer in your dashboard shows the actual remaining time.
Bonus clips
Each payment earns bonus clips (Start +1, Pro +2, Partner +3). Bonuses apply to your next order and cannot be exchanged for money.
Refunds
- Full refund is available if work on your order has not started yet (the editor has not begun).
- After work has begun, refunds are not issued: the editor has already spent time on your order. Instead, we revise the result until it matches the package description.

Your content
You confirm that you own the rights to the source video you submit. We use your video only to fulfil your order and never publish it without your consent.
Limitation of liability
We are responsible for the result matching the package description (number of clips, format, turnaround). We do not guarantee a specific number of views or followers: reach depends on platform algorithms.
