Who we are

What data we collect

• Account data: your email address.
• Order data: links to your videos/podcasts, order comments, a contact for order-related communication.
• Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your card details — they go directly to Stripe.
• Technical data: cookies and analytics (Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Jivo) — used to improve the site and support.

How we use data

• Fulfilling orders (cutting and delivering clips).
• Order communication and support.
• Improving the site and service based on anonymized analytics.

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell or share your data with third parties except the services required to operate: Stripe (payments), Supabase (account and order storage), and the analytics/chat providers listed above.

Storage and security

Data is stored on Supabase secure infrastructure with row-level security (RLS): each user can only access their own data.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing videoprodshema@gmail.com.
